Orders should be turned in at each Rotary meeting. Orders will be cutoff at noon on each Friday prior to delivery. Late orders can be phoned to Clyde Mayne at (740) 432-4044 or e-mailed to cwjaktjjj@aol.com prior to cutoff.

• 1st Delivery will be Wed. Dec 2nd - Cutoff Friday Nov. 25th
• 2nd Delivery will be Wed. Dec. 9th - Cutoff Friday Dec. 4th
• 3rd Delivery will be Wed. Dec. 16th - Cutoff Friday Dec. 11th

The plants will sell for $10.00 each again this year. These are top quality plants of red, white or pink. Orders may be picked up on wednesdays immediately following our rotary meetings at Mr. Lees. If you will not be available to pickup your order, please make arrangements for someone to pickup your order for you. If a church orders 12 or more Poinsettias, they could be delivered right to the church.

The yellow copy is the selling Rotarians copy. Keep this copy for your records to remember the orders you placed, as well as any orders that are COD.

The white copy is to be turned in to place the order and is the club's sales record. To make the accounting simple, we ask you please to ask your customer to pay by check for the amount of the order. Make all checks payable to the Cambridge Rotary Club. If the order is paid with cash, please note it on the form.

Please print all information on the form, including totals and seller's phone number.

Year 2000, members sold over 1000 plants. 2008 members sold only 375 plants. Let's get those numbers back up there. The goal for 2009 is at least 450 plants. More money Rotary can raise from the sales of Poinsettias, the more Rotary can do for the community.
